Pura Lingsar (Lombok, Indonesia)

Lingsar temple is located in the north of Narmada and the adjoining place of worship among Hindus and the Sasak tribe. Sanctified Hindu temple was founded in 1714. Sasak Moslems with Hindus at the beginning of the end of the rainy season November-December in place implementing Topat War. Ceremony begins with prayers at the shrine each, then they entered the field in Luat place of worship and followed by throwing a topat among the participants of the ceremony. Society believes that this ceremony has blessed with rain, while others mentioned, the ceremony is held as an expression of gratitude for rain given by God for the prosperity of their lives.
